97th Annual Convention

“UNITED IN FAITH AND ACTION”

SASKATCHEWAN STATE COUNCIL
KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS
97th ANNUAL CONVENTION
Heritage Inn, Moose Jaw
April 26th, 27th & 28th, 2019

Dear Brother Knights and Ladies,
On behalf of our State team and Moose Jaw Knights of Columbus, it gives us great pleasure to invite all Saskatchewan Knights of Columbus Councils to join us in Moose Jaw for the 97th Annual State Convention. Moose Jaw has a proud history of hospitality where we can come together as family and experience the theme “United In Faith And Action”.

This year’s convention will provide councils with information on many new changes which Supreme has implemented as well as to renew friendships in the spirit of fraternal brotherhood.
All councils in Saskatchewan can send 2 voting delegates to the convention with no limit on amount of visitors
who may also attend.

We have been able to reduce the registration cost. Each council will receive a Convention attendance grant of $125.00 and mileage reimbursement paid by State Council to help cover the costs. All councils in Sask. are expected to send at least I delegate who will bring back valuable information to his council.

One of the special events at this year’s convention is the opening Syro-Malabar Liturgy which will be held on Friday evening beginning at 6:45 at the Heritage Inn.
We will also receive motivational messages from several presenters during the convention sessions.

The ladies of Moose jaw are planning an interesting ladies program. There will also be a children’s program, therefore we encourage you to bring your family. We look forward to receiving your Council’s credential forms. The host committee looks forward to receiving your Council’s registration forms. And we look forward to welcoming you to Moose Jaw April 26-28th for what is shaping up to be a very exciting and motivational convention.

Fraternally,
Chris Bencharski State Deputy
